Mission Advocacy: Actively supports and communicates the mission, vision, and core values of Kenilworth Science and Technology Academy to all stakeholders.
Comprehensive Counseling: Provides college and career guidance through workshops, small groups, and classroom activities to help students explore post-secondary options.
Planning & Scheduling: Assists with individual student academic planning and provides detailed information regarding curriculum offerings and graduation pathways to staff and parents.
Post-Secondary Transition: Manages transition services, including orientation events and early alert strategies, to help students successfully matriculate into college.
Professional Collaboration: Works effectively within the campus team, attending mandatory meetings (such as IEP and SBLC) and maintaining open communication with parents and administrators. Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of curriculum and instruction Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms with all levels of management. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to navigate web-related applications and technology. Ability to instruct students using a variety of technology applications and platforms. Ability to instruct students and manage student behavior.
